1兔子对刺猬说：「你腿那么短，怎么跑得过我？」刺猬笑笑：「那我们比一比。」The hare tells the hedgehog, "Your legs are so short—how can you beat me?" The hedgehog smiles, "Let's race."
2刺猬回家跟刺猬太太商量：「你站在终点，我站在起点，我们换班喊到。」At home the hedgehog plans with Mrs. Hedgehog: "You stand at the finish; I start. We'll take turns calling out."
3比赛开始，兔子冲到终点，却听见刺猬太太喊：「我早就到啦！」兔子傻眼了。The race begins. The hare dashes to the end—but hears Mrs. Hedgehog shout, "I'm already here!" The hare is stunned.
4刺猬夫妻笑着说：「别嘲笑别人的短处。」兔子脸红点头：「我学会了，大家各有本领！」The hedgehog couple laughs: "Don't tease others for what they lack." The hare blushes, "I learned—everyone has a gift!"
