1海因茨最喜欢躺着空想。妈妈温柔说：动一动手，小日子会更亮。Heinz loves lying still and daydreaming. Mom says gently: move a little, and the day can shine more.
2海因茨先只起身倒杯水。然后帮忙晒一件衣服，再喂一下小鸡。Heinz first gets up for a cup of water. Then he helps dry one shirt, then feeds the chicks.
3每做一件小事，他心里多一点开心。阳光进了屋子，小鸡也叫得欢。Each small job adds a bit of joy. Sunlight fills the room, and the chicks chirp happily.
4海因茨笑着说：原来一点点动手，也会有好多小惊喜。他和妈妈一起吃热腾腾的晚饭。Heinz smiles: a little effort brings many small surprises. He and Mom share a warm dinner together.
