1四个兄弟出门学艺：一个练找东西，一个练保护同伴，一个练缝补，一个练认路看星星。Four brothers learn trades: one finds things, one keeps friends safe, one mends cloth, one reads the stars for the way.
2公主在森林迷了路。认路的弟弟看见星光指向；找东西的弟弟发现脚印；保护的弟弟挡住荆棘；缝补的弟弟修好撕破的斗篷。A princess is lost in the woods. The path-reader sees starlight; the finder spots footprints; the protector parts thorns; the mender fixes her torn cloak.
3四人本领合在一起，公主安全回家。国王要发大大的奖品。Together their skills bring her home safe. The king offers a big reward.
4四兄弟说：「我们平分，因为每人缺一不可。」大家笑着拥抱。The brothers say, "We share—each of us mattered." Everyone hugs and cheers.
