1猫和老鼠做朋友，一起把奶酪藏进小罐子，说好冬天再分着吃。Cat and Mouse become friends. They hide cheese in a little jar and promise to share it in winter.
2秋天猫肚子饿，偷偷打开罐子尝了一口，又尝了一口。老鼠来看时，罐子空了。In autumn Cat gets hungry, peeks in the jar, and takes one nibble, then another. When Mouse looks, the jar is empty.
3老鼠难过地问：我们的约定呢？猫低下头：我误会成“可以先吃一点点”，对不起。Mouse asks sadly: what about our promise? Cat hangs their head: I thought “a tiny bit first” was okay—I am sorry.
4它们再一起存新食物，这次画好格子轮流拿。冬天来了，两人分享热乎乎的一小块，心里都暖。They store new food again and draw turns on a chart. When winter comes, they share a warm little piece, and both hearts feel cozy.
