Five round peas live in one pod. They say: Let’s go see the world.
The pod opens and the peas bounce to different places: roof, grass, ditch, and windowsill.
The windowsill pea sprouts. A green leaf peeks into the room. A little girl waters it each day.
The leaf grows taller and the girl’s smile grows brighter. The pea thinks: Making someone glad is the best trip.
